I can’t get over how detailed the strips are. Way better than anything else. How long does it take you to do the average strip?

Thank you so much!! Let me think. This strip was done in 2011, 11 years ago, and it’s #14, so I was still early in the process. I’m sure it took me longer then. I think the entire process of script, audio recording, audio editing, lettering, art layout, pencils, inks, scanning, coloring was taking about 14-16 hours per strip at that time. I haven’t run a time sheet in recent years! Some processes are faster now. Of course, detailed scenes take a lot more time. Again – I thank you for noticing and taking the time to comment!
