I was honored to have been invited by Hector Cantu (Baldo comic strip) to discuss my work in a live Zoom meeting of the Texas Cartoonists (the Texas chapter of the National Cartoonists Society) on the evening of Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Kevin Middleton, social media director, posted the video on YouTube .
Lum and Abner fans, you may need some of their old radio sponsors’ products before and/or after watching! You won’t need any Miles Nervine or Postum to calm you down, but if you’re still awake afterwards you might want some Horlick’s Malted Milk and One-a-Day Vitamins to keep you going!
Seriously, I appreciate this honor and I hope we win some new friends for Lum and Abner!

Before I go, I want to
